A DRO can be a low cost alternative to bankruptcy, it is only available if you owe less than £20,000 if you live in England or Wales or less than £15,000 in Northern Ireland

You can apply for Bankruptcy if you can’t pay back your debts. As well as applying for bankruptcy yourself, someone else you owe money to (a creditor) can apply to make you bankrupt

At a convenient time to you, we will listen to you tell us why you are struggling with your debt and explain your current situation. We will discuss your monthly income and your priority bills and assess how much you can afford to pay each month and your suitability for a debt solution. We will then go through all options that are available to you and clearly explain the pros and cons.

At this point you will be equipped with all the information that you need to make the right decision for you and your future.
